Privacy Policy & Data Protection
1. Zero-Cloud-Exfiltration Guarantee
At makgamer.asia [M.A.KGAMER], we recognize that pharmaceutical and wholesale FMCG distribution records contain proprietary trade secrets, customer credit limits, supplier purchase rates, and statutory patient-sensitive medication details.
2. Categories of Information Handled
The software organizes data into two distinct classifications:
- Confidential Enterprise Data (Strictly Local): Customer names, addresses, NTN, STRN, Drug Sale License numbers, drug batches, wholesale purchase costs, selling prices, account balances, and daily cash transactions. This data is written solely to the encrypted local database on your machine. Business transaction records do not leave your on-premises infrastructure.
- Limited Machine Authentication Metadata: During license activation or periodic validation, the software derives a cryptographic hash-derived machine identifier (HWID) from your workstation’s hardware characteristics (motherboard serial, CPU ID, volume GUID) alongside your commercial license key to verify seat entitlement. This identifier functions as a pseudonymous machine token — it allows our licensing service to recognize the same workstation but is not linked to personal data.
3. License Verification & Diagnostic Telemetry
When your workstation connects to our licensing service, the request transmits only:
- A cryptographic hash-derived machine identifier (HWID).
- Your commercial activation serial key and software build version string.
- Station topology role (Server Station or Employee Slot Number).
No trade books, product names, or financial ledgers are included in licensing exchanges.
4. On-Premise Security & Encryption
Distribution ERP implements defense-in-depth security mechanisms to protect records stored at rest:
- Local Database Vault: Transactions are written to an encrypted local database file stored in protected application data directories.
- LAN Socket Isolation: When operating multi-terminal clustering, network packets between Server and Employee stations use isolated local IP sockets restricted to your private subnet.
- Role-Based Access Control: Local administrative passwords restrict cashier and operator privileges, preventing unauthorized ledger tampering or manual discounts.
5. No Third-Party Trackers or Data Brokerage
Distribution ERP contains zero third-party advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, behavioral monitors, or data-brokerage connections. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your corporate or operational identity to third parties.
6. Enterprise Rights & Data Retention
Because transactional databases are stored on customer-controlled infrastructure, you can manage local retention, export, migration, and backup according to your operational and legal requirements, without requiring our consent. Note that statutory record-keeping obligations (e.g. tax, pharmaceutical) may govern how long you are required to retain certain records.
