About Distribution ERP
Engineered by makgamer.asia [M.A.KGAMER] to bring high-speed, offline-first operations and regulatory-support workflows to the wholesale distribution sector.
Our Mission & Industry Focus
In modern pharmaceutical distribution and FMCG wholesaling, downtime equals missed deliveries, spoiled cold-chain stock, and critical disruptions in pharmacy supply chains. Too many modern business systems force wholesale operators into cloud subscriptions with latency, unexpected downtime, and recurring per-seat penalties.
Distribution ERP was born out of a clear objective: build a lightning-fast, keyboard-driven native Windows application that operates on local hardware in an offline-first architecture, while implementing regulatory and tax workflows designed to support applicable Pakistani healthcare and tax requirements.
Core Engineering Principles
1. Offline Vault Architecture
Zero dependency on external cloud databases for day-to-day invoice creation, inventory intake, or ledger maintenance. All transactions commit to an ACID-compliant encrypted embedded local storage engine.
2. Statutory DRAP & Tax Logic
Includes Form 2-A warranty workflow support, pharmaceutical drug sale license expiry validations, batch FEFO rules, and configurable Pakistani tax calculations (standard 18% Sales Tax where applicable, Section 236G/236H withholdings subject to the current FBR tax-year rate card).
3. Cryptographic Hardware Locking
Each enterprise terminal generates a unique hardware-derived machine identifier (HWID) used alongside cryptographic activation keys to bind the license to the designated workstation and prevent unauthorized duplication.
4. High-Throughput LAN Sync
Deploy multiple cashier and billing operator seats across a single warehouse or distribution facility over high-speed local Ethernet without sending customer data over the public internet.
